These terms and conditions relate to the Bird & Barrow Kebab Competition, being a sales promotion scheme (“Promotion”) by Van Den Brink Poultry Limited (“Bird & Barrow”).

How to enter
To enter you must purchase any Bird & Barrow product, scan the QR code and then select your preferred prize and enter your details at birdandbarrow.co.nz/promotions/, then submit your entry (“Entry”).
Every Entry is deemed received at the time it is received into the Promotion database, regardless of the time you submit it.
In addition to compliance with these terms and conditions, you must comply with any of Bird & Barrow’s further instructions.
Conditions of Entry
Only one entry per person will be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this term by automated means, that person/those e-mail addresses will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
You may only win one prize and forfeit all rights to any additional prizes. If you win a prize any subsequent prize you win is disregarded and another Entry will be redrawn instead.
Employees of Bird & Barrow (including their immediate families and those living in the same household), it’s related companies and any other entities associated with the Promotion are ineligible to Bird & Barrow reserves the right to exclude any other entrant from participating (in it’s sole discretion) by giving written notice to the email address included in your Entry.
If a prize winner is under 18 years old, the prize will be issued to that prize winner’s parent or guardian. Otherwise, prizes are awarded to the person named in the Entry.

Each winner will receive one (1) NZ $100 Bird & Barrow voucher redeemable at any Bird & Barrow retailer.
Prizes will be couriered out and only sent to a relevant New Zealand address.
Draw and winner notification
Prizes will be randomly drawn on 26 February 2024 at such time of day as Bird & Barrow Bird & Barrow will notify winners by email to the email addresses included with a winning Entry.
If you are unable to be contacted or do not want any prize or you do not respond within 120 hours (5 days) of notification, your prize is forfeited and another draw will take place at such other time as Bird & Barrow chooses.
In the event of similar forfeiture in the subsequent draw, further draws will be undertaken in the manner set out above until all prizes have been awarded.
Bird & Barrow is not responsible for any winner’s failure to receive notification including without limitation, non-receipt of notification due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
Bird & Barrow decisions on all matters in relation to this Promotion are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into in relation to such decisions.
General
Bird & Barrow reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice including the rights to modify, extend, suspend, postpone, or cancel the Promotion. You are deemed to have accepted any such change.
You warrant that all information submitted in connection with the Promotion is true, current, and

Bird & Barrow reserves the right to refuse to award a prize to you if we consider you are in breach of these terms and conditions or have gained an unfair advantage in participating or have won a prize by fraudulent or improper means.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bird & Barrow (including its officers, employees, and agents) and its related entities shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) by or to any person whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential arising in any way out of the Promotion.
By entering into the Promotion, you agree to release and hold harmless Bird & Barrow from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from:
your participation in the Promotion and your acceptance, or use or misuse of or benefitting from any prize or any portion thereof;
technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any web site, computer, computer systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any web site;
delay or unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or internet service;
unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Promotion;
electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of any Entry, or any combination thereof.
The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or any other platform used to advertise or promote the Promotion. You must comply with any terms of use relevant to such platforms.
Bird & Barrow reserve the right to require you to provide postal and courier address details, proof of product purchase, proof of identity, proof of residency and/or proof of Entry validity. In the event that such proof is not provided by the winner or is not suitable to Bird & Barrow, then that winner shall forfeit their rights to any prizes.
